This policy explains what information the Hawkeye Graphics website collects, how we use it, who can see it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only.

Information we collect
When you request a quote, we collect what you enter in the form:
- Your name, company, email address and phone number
- The service you need, how many vehicles or pieces, the vehicle’s year, make and model, and your timeline
- Your project details and how you prefer to be contacted
- Any photos, logos or artwork files you upload
The website also records the date and time of your request and the IP address it came from. If you call or email us, we keep what you send. We never ask for payment card details on this website.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your request, prepare a layout and a quote, schedule and complete the work, and keep records of the jobs we do. The IP address helps us block spam sent through the form.
We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who can see it
- Hawkeye Graphics staff, to answer your request and do the work.
- Garza Web Design, the studio that built and maintains this website, which receives a copy of every quote request so it can keep the form working and help with support.
- Our web host, which stores the website and its data on its servers.
We may also share information when the law requires it.
Files you upload
Photos, logos and artwork you send with a quote request are stored privately on the website’s server. They are not attached to emails, and only people who sign in to the website, Hawkeye Graphics staff and its web studio, can open them.
Cookies and other websites
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. A cookie is set only when a staff member signs in to manage the site.
The website’s fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which can see your IP address. The quote form also checks that it is being filled in by a person in a web browser, to stop automated spam; that check stores nothing about you.
Links to Google Maps, our invoice payment portal and our social media pages take you to other companies’ websites. Their own privacy policies apply there.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and files for as long as we need them to respond, complete the work and keep our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Use the details below and we’ll take care of it.
Children
This website is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
